Reports Overview

View reports to understand your operational performance. Track metrics about incidents, monitoring, and system health.

Available Reports

Operational Reports

  • MTTR Report - Track Mean Time to Resolution for incidents
  • Incident Volume - Analyze incident frequency and patterns
  • Alert Performance - Monitor alert effectiveness

System Reports

  • Monitor Availability - View uptime and availability metrics
  • Response Time Trends - Track performance over time
  • Maintenance Schedule - Review maintenance windows

Accessing Reports

Navigate to any report:

  1. Go to your project dashboard
  2. Click Reports in the navigation
  3. Select the report you want to view

Exporting Report Data

All reports can be exported as CSV files for further analysis:

  1. Click the Export button on any report
  2. The CSV file downloads automatically
  3. Open in Excel or Google Sheets for further analysis

Each CSV export includes:

  • Overall statistics
  • Detailed breakdowns
  • Time series data
  • All metrics shown in the report

Report Types

MTTR Report

Shows how quickly your team resolves incidents:

  • Average, median, and 95th percentile resolution times
  • Breakdown by severity level
  • Trends over time
  • Volume by severity

Incident Volume

Analyzes incident patterns:

  • Total, new, and resolved incident counts
  • Trends by day
  • Heat map showing incidents by hour and day
  • Severity distribution

Alert Performance

Tracks monitoring alert effectiveness:

  • Total alerts generated
  • Average detection time
  • Failure rate by monitor
  • Alert trends over time

Monitor Availability

Shows uptime statistics:

  • Overall availability percentage
  • Per-monitor uptime metrics
  • Success vs failure counts
  • Response time averages

Tracks performance metrics:

  • Average response times
  • P50, P95, P99 percentiles
  • Per-monitor performance
  • Identifies slowest monitors

Maintenance Schedule

Reviews maintenance windows:

  • Scheduled maintenance periods
  • Actual vs planned duration
  • Affected monitors
  • Historical maintenance patterns

Understanding the Data

  • Reports show data for the last 30 days
  • Charts help visualize trends
