Team Overview
The Teams page provides a real-time view of your team members, their current status, and organizational structure.
Accessing the Team View
Navigate to Teams in the sidebar. This page shows all team members within your current project, organized by their team assignments.
Status Overview Cards
Four summary cards at the top provide quick insights:
- Total Members - Count of all users in the project
- On-Call Active - Users currently on-call for any roster
- Available Now - Users who are currently online
- Unassigned - Users not assigned to any team
Click any card to filter the list to that subset of users.
Team Groups
Users are organized into collapsible team sections. Each section shows:
- Team name and icon - Visual identifier for the team
- Member count - Total users in the team
- On-Call count - How many team members are currently on-call
Within each team, users are sorted by:
- On-call status (on-call users first)
- Online status (available users next)
- Alphabetically by name
Users not assigned to any team appear in an “Unassigned” section at the bottom.
User Information
Each user row displays:
- Avatar and name
- Job title
- On-call indicator - Shown when the user is currently on-call
- Online status - Green indicator for available users
- Responsibilities - Areas of expertise (Backend, Frontend, etc.)
Click a user to view their full profile.
Filtering Options
Use the toolbar filters to find specific team members:
- Team dropdown - Show only members of a specific team
- Status dropdown - Filter by On-Call Only, Available, or Offline
- Responsibilities - Filter by area of expertise (multi-select)
- Search - Find users by name, email, phone, job title, or responsibility
Filters can be combined. Click Clear to reset all filters.
