Maintenance Overview
Schedule maintenance windows to communicate planned downtime and track scheduled service work.
Maintenance windows in Upstat let you document planned service work with defined start and end times. They appear in the project calendar and help teams coordinate scheduled downtime.
What Are Maintenance Windows?
Maintenance windows represent periods of planned work that may affect service availability:
- Scheduled deployments
- Infrastructure updates
- Database migrations
- System upgrades
- Routine maintenance tasks
By creating maintenance windows, you document when work is expected to occur and can track its status through completion.
